 They only want more money
“I had a site hosted with lunar which they put down at anytime they want to due to any reason. Always sending me emails buying upgrade to dedicated and vip account which would fix the site’s troubles. Now we only use the disk storage till the account expire and they even threat us with removing that feature if they see weird stuff(?). “

 Avoid lunarpages for anything other than hobby sites
“Avoid Lunar Pages…I just spent an insanely frustrating few weeks dealing with them. I would strongly recommend people stay away from Lunar Pages. For business customers, in particular, they should avoided at all costs. Their bargain-basement packages look too good to be true because they are. They also don’t allow image hosting, despite not explicitly stating that in their Terms of Service. In short: Completely unprofessional policies (removing live, published content with no warning) Unpleasant, combative customer ’support’ Unadvertised restrictions and/or false claims In detail: Completely unprofessional policies (removing live, published content with no warning): I signed up for the Lunar Pages’ ‘Business Package’ to use as an image host for relatively busy website I operate. I actually took the time to read their Terms of Service and User Agreement to make sure it didn’t prohibit image hosting. After just a few days of moderate traffic, they disabled my content without warning”

 No tech support.
“They keep asking you for more info on the problem until there is no more info to give then they send you to their public forum and ask you to get one of their tech savy customers to help you. What a joke. They hire people who know how to email(nothing more) for a fraction of the cost to hire a REAL tech so that they can give the best deals. They just get their tech savy customers to work for free. Good job exploiting your customers to help make you money.”
